Is it safe to put our documents into AI?
Start with templates that hold no personal details. The free review accepts only those. In the product, your policy decides whether identifiers are allowed, removed or blocked before anything reaches the AI models.
Proof: HealthcareGPS is SOC 2 Type II audited and HIPAA compliant. Each organization has its own private workspace, and access and AI use are recorded.
We already have ChatGPT or Copilot. Why add this?
Keep drafting wherever you like. HealthLiteracyCopilot does the rest of the job. It scores against health-literacy standards, applies your rules, tests with simulated readers and records each approval.
Proof: A 16-row comparison of what each provides out of the box.
Will legal and medical review approve AI rewrites?
Nothing ships without a person's approval. Every change shows its reason, and checks flag any change in meaning, dose or "do not" instruction. Medical, legal, regulatory and safety reviewers can sign off in order or side by side.
Proof: A decision record and an audit trail you can export for each document.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. We measure Spanish with Spanish readability measures, not English ones. You can choose U.S., Puerto Rico, Mexico or Spain Spanish, and set usted or tú. A segment that could lose a dose goes to a human translator.
Proof: Spanish measures shown next to every Spanish draft, with the method named.
What does IT need to do?
Very little. It runs in the browser, with nothing to install. You can add single sign-on and automatic user setup. Documents go in and out as Word, PDF or HTML, so no system integration is needed to start.
Proof: Our security documents, with the security overview and data flow.
What does it cost, and how do we budget?
Plans start at $99 a month on a 12-month agreement and go up to Enterprise. You can begin with a free review of one template. A paid diagnostic is scoped and priced before any work begins. You can budget it under member communications, compliance or quality.
Proof: Published plan prices.
How long until we see results?
Document scores change the day you revise. Effects on members or patients take as long as the cycle you measure, such as one renewal period. We help you plan a pilot that fits that cycle.
Proof: Before and after scores on your own documents.
Can you guarantee better health outcomes?
No. Outcomes depend on care, benefits and many other factors. We work on the part you control: clear content people can act on. We help you measure what follows.
Proof: Our claims rule. Lead with the lever you own. Prove your contribution. Never promise the outcome.
How would we know the content made the difference?
Measure it in a pilot. Send the revised version to one group and keep the current version for a similar group. Then compare a measure you choose. We measure the document. Your team measures the result.
Proof: Scores on N-PLAT and PEMAT, plus simulated-reader tests, before any member sees the content.
Is this a care-navigation or population-health tool?
No. It is a health-communications platform. It makes the letters, texts and guides that your other programs send clearer and easier to act on. It works alongside your analytics and outreach tools.
Proof: The six-layer platform map.
