Find access barriers before your files go out

Public hospitals and state agencies face ADA Title II dates from April 2027. Many groups paid by HHS face §504 dates from May 2027. We check Word and HTML files against WCAG 2.1 AA. A trained reviewer decides on each finding. You keep a record of what was checked and fixed.

What it does

  • Clear and accessible in one pass. The same review covers reading level and access barriers.
  • A person decides. Automated checks flag; a qualified reviewer confirms.
  • Evidence you can show. Each review leaves an attested record and a report.
  • Feeds accreditation binders. Records flow into your accreditation evidence.

Questions

Does a review mean our documents meet the ADA?

No tool can promise that. It finds likely barriers against WCAG 2.1 AA, a qualified reviewer decides, and you keep the record. Your counsel decides whether you comply.

Does it check PDF tagging?

It reviews Word and HTML. It does not check PDF tagging. Review the Word source, then export.

Who counts as a qualified reviewer?

Your organization chooses. Admins assign the reviewer role.
