Spanish measured as Spanish, and content in 45 languages and regional variants
Translate into 45 languages and regional variants. Score and revise Spanish with Spanish reading tests. If a dose, a number or a "do not" could be lost, a human translator does it. Nothing is guessed.
Risky lines go to a human translator
What it does
- Content in 45 languages and regional variants, including four Spanish variants, written back into your Word layout.
- Spanish scored with Spanish formulas: SOL with an INFLESZ floor, and Fernández-Huerta.
- A localize pass adapts examples, phrasing and the usted/tú choice to the variant you serve.
- A clinical anchor gate marks a segment that would lose a dose, quantity or negation for a person, instead of guessing.
- Integrity checks and one-click back-translation, so a reviewer can read the result in English.
- Language Access Assurance: a qualified-reviewer role, a release block for unreviewed machine translation and an attestation record.
Spanish measured as Spanish
An English formula misreads Spanish
Spanish words have more syllables on average, so an English formula rates clear Spanish as harder than it is. We score Spanish with SOL, Fernández-Huerta and the INFLESZ scale, against a target for each document type.

Checked line by line, and read back in English
Numbers, negation, order and links are compared across languages. If a segment could lose a dose, a quantity or a "do not", it is marked for a human translator. One click shows a back-translation, so a reviewer can read the result in English.

How it works
Step 1: Choose the language and variant
Recommendations come from the states you serve. Your variant and tone locks apply.
Step 2: Translate and localize
Your glossary, protected terms and approved disclaimers carry over exactly.
Step 3: Check integrity
Numbers, negation, order and links are compared across languages. Risky segments go to "Needs human translation".
Step 4: Measure and revise
Spanish readability measures run against your target for that document type.
Step 5: Approve and release
A qualified reviewer approves. The approval is tied to the exact text and is voided if the source changes.
Translation safety, in five steps
Step 1: Translate

Step 2: Measure
Spanish scored with Spanish formulas, not English ones.
Step 3: Check
