Score it, fix it, and send it in any format

Upload a document you already have. See how clear it is against health-literacy standards. Then fix it with AI, check the meaning, and approve each change. Export to Word with tracked changes.

What it does

  • Assess: scores text against N-PLAT and PEMAT, plus grade-level formulas.
  • Revise: rewrites toward your target grade, over several passes if needed.
  • Meaning check: flags changes to a dose, date, number or "do not" rule.
  • Approve: export uses only the changes your reviewer approved.
  • Scan a library: upload a ZIP of documents and see which to fix first.

Score it, then fix it

One document, before and after

First you see the score: grade level, PEMAT and N-PLAT. Then you review each suggested change. The meaning check flags any change to a dose, date, number or "do not" rule. A person decides every change.

Questions

Which standards does it score against?

N-PLAT and PEMAT, plus grade-level formulas such as Flesch-Kincaid and SMOG. Spanish content is measured with Spanish readability measures.

Does the AI approve its own changes?

No. Each suggested change waits for a person to approve, edit or skip it. Export uses only the approved changes.

What should I send for a free review?

A blank template, not a copy with a patient's or member's details.
