How this is calculated
- Utilization value = covered employees × (target − current utilization) × the value you assign per engaged case
- Comms review cost = pieces × reviewer hours per piece × loaded rate
- Utilization value is your own estimate of a gap, not value created by HealthLiteracyCopilot. Only the review effort can be observed in an evaluation.
- Example: 14 pieces × 3 hours × $80 = $3,360/year

Questions
Is this a savings estimate?
No. It is arithmetic on your own inputs: the effort and cost your documents take today. An evaluation measures which part of that effort can change, and whether it does.
Are my numbers sent anywhere?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. Your numbers are not sent to us, not saved, and not added to the page address.
How do I share my numbers?
Download the CSV or print the page, then send it yourself. "Copy a shareable resource link" copies the page address only, without your numbers.
